Hip Hop Flow is a fun and funky way to dig into beginning/intermediate hip hop choreography and get a great workout. We start with a warm up and a stretch then learn a choreography that we stay with for a few weeks, building and adding on but teaching it slowly from the beginning in each class. The more you come to class the quicker it sinks in and before you know it you are off and dancing!! The only rule is to HAVE FUN finding your rhythm and flow in this supportive and diverse community of dancers.

Hip Hop Flow instructor Cyrise Schachter has been teaching music and dance for over 20 years. She started Hip Hop Flow in 2010 after moving to Ashland from the Bay Area where she danced and performed with Funk Addiction Dance Company and New Style Motherlode under the direction of Corey Action Harrison. She currently teaches, composes, choreographs, and performs music and dance in Ashland, Oregon and beyond. Holding space to nurture our embodied creative expressions is her passion and Hip Hop Flow's classes are joyful and empowering.

"I love Hip Hop flow because I get such a great brain and cardio workout while having fun. Cyrise teaches with so much joy and enthusiasm. I highly recommend it!" -L. Ward
